Bike to Work Victoria helps jumpstart BC Communities
Thanks to support from Transport Canada , Bike to Work Victoria is offering workshops for communities interested in developing a Bike to Work Week program for their region – totally free!
The best practices developed in Victoria are transferable to other communities. In 2004, Bike to Work Victoria assisted Kelowna to jumpstart Bike to Work Week. Kelowna presently holds a successful annual event that has been growing in size ever since.
This year, watch Abbotsford BC who is actively planning Bike to Work Week from the information presented to them in a workshop in March 2007.
