Bike to Work Day - Oct 17, 2007 Victoria
Don’t put that bike away! The fall is one of best times of the year for cycling! Beautiful leaves, cool temperature - brisk air for your ride to work and home.
To celebrate the season and to remind people of the importance of being safe & visible as the days become shorter and darker, Bike to Work Victoria is planning Bike to Work Day on Wednesday October 17.
Our signature celebration stations will be set-up in two locations:
University of Victoria (Henderson & Ring Road) 7:30-9:30am.
Selkirk Trestle South (Town side of Trestle on Galloping Goose) 3:30-5:30pm
No registration or fees to participate! Simply come by on your bike to enjoy delicious goodies provided by our generous sponsors.
Bike mechanics will be on-hand to do brief check-overs. Sign-up to win a prize with station ballots.
