President Rob Wickson: President Rob Wickson, a partner in Discovery Economic Consulting and Director of Bike to Work BC has a double major BA from UVic in economics and history. He is the president of the Gorge Tillicum Community Association, a Director of the Northwest Wildlife Preservation Society, Director of Capital Bike and Walk, and a Director of Islandtransformations.org.His previous positions include Chair of the City of Victoria’s Transportation Advisory Committee, Director of the Victoria Green Challenge Society (publisher of the Environew s), Director of Smart Growth BC, Treasurer of the Spectrum Job Search Centre, and President of IslandTransformations.org.  Mr. Wickson has been an active member of the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce since 1990.  His previous positions include President of the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce (2000) and Chair of the BC Chamber of Commerce (2006/07).

   David Cubberley: Former President & Founding Member, Bike to Work Victoria,
David Cubberley is a founding member of Bike To Work Victoria, and served as its first President for a decade. A former Saanich Councillor and Saanich South MLA, David has been a cycling activist for more than two decades. Instrumental in building the Galloping Goose and Lochside Trails, he also instigated a public declaration of Greater Victoria as Canada’s Cycling Capital. Currently he serves on the City of Victoria’s public advisory committee for the Johnson St. Bridge replacement project.

Sarah Webb: Climate Action Coordinator at the Capital Regional District. As a sustainability strategist, Sarah brings more than a decade of experience to the organization. Sarah spends her days working with local governments, businesses, and community organizations on climate change issues. With three bikes and no driver’s licence, Sarah is proof that living a low carbon lifestyle is both financially prudent and cool.

Andrew Cripps:
Independent Consultant and past Director at Sierra Systems, a management and Information Technology consulting firm with offices across north America. He has worked in Britain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany and the US, and has cycled in all those countries. He has a strong interest in improving the bike to work experience, and in all aspects of human-powered transportation.
 Hu Wallis:
Hu retired in 2010 from Ministry of Environment, managing air quality and climate change programs the past 20 years. He helped to establish BtWW, and a tradition of winning BtWW teams, exceeding 90% staff participation some years.

Hu is a life-long commuter cyclist, and has been promoting cycling for more than 30 years. Hu has recently taken cycling skills and mechanical courses, and is helping BtWW deliver skills courses for Grade 7 students at Arbutus Middle School.
