Thursday Update

Awesome turnout at Thursday’s Celebration Station, the furthest South we’ve ever been! Almost 50 people! See you Friday in Nanaimo Square from 7am-9am for Cherry Hill Coffee and breakfast snacks from The Bench Cafe! Cycle on down and enter for draw prizes. Remember to register your team at www.biketowork.ca/penticton to be eligable for the grand prize draws!

Wednesday Update!

71 people at Wednesday’s Celebration Station!! The rain held off just long enough for people to get to work dry! Nine dedicated cycling commuters won prizes this morning!

Tuesday Update!

Another great morning! Over 90 riders came by the Carmi/Government Celebration Station. See you tomorrow morning at Whole Foods Market (near Blockbuster) from 7am-9am!

Monday Morning Kick Off Breakfast a Success!!

Just over 100 cyclists participated and enjoyed the yummy Veggie Burrito breakfast sponsored in part by The Bench.  A number of cyclists rode away with prizes such as traveling coffee mugs and Bike To Work Week T-shirts. Those who remembered to enter the draw had a chance at winning cylcing helmets, gloves, air pumps and other great cycling prizes.

Monday Breakfast - 7am-9am Gyro Park!

City of Penticton challenges RDOS!

The City of Penticton challenges Regional District Okanagan-Similkameen staff, plus all other businesses and organizations, to encourage the highest amount of participation amongst co-corkers cycling to work or play during Bike to Work Week Penticton May 30th to June 5th.
