Do you live or work in the Armstrong or Spallumcheen areas? Be sure to swing by two celebration stations!

If you are RE-REGISTERING an existing team, it’s easy in three steps:

1. Log-in using your username and password
2. Click on "Enter Results"
3. Click on "Confirm Entry" to register for 2011

If you are creating a NEW TEAM, you will need to click "Register team" and follow the steps

Vernon Moves is sponsoring a 5 Hour course to help Bike to Work cyclists realize the:
* 3 common motorist errors
* 4 types of falls
* 5 traffic principles
* Why and Where collisions occur and
* The physical skills needed to negotiate with traffic safely

When: Sunday May 8 and May 15.
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Where: Vernon City Hall, Council Chambers (3400 30th Street)
Cost: $10.00/person
Ages: 12 and up
Class size limited 10

* Reduce the severity of collisions
