Bike to Work

Help us celebrate the success of Kamloops Bike to Work / School Week 2011!

There will be a morning Celebration Station located at the bull in Riverside Park from 7-9 am. 

Just a reminder to all participants that today’s Celebration Station is going to be located at the Summit Fire Hall from 3:30-5:30.

Ride by for a chance to Spin the Wheel for an instant prize and enter your name to win one of the grand prizes including a brand new commuter bike supplied by the Bicycle Cafe.

Another beautiful morning for a ride!  Today’s morning station was located a the Starbucks in the Northhills Mall. Apologies to those that rode to the Starbucks located in Safeway at the Fortune Mall!

Day 2 started off with a beautiful morning on the corner of 5th and Columbia and ended in a thunderstorm in front of the Valleyview Fire Hall.

Hi Everyone,

Today’s kick-off Celebration Station was a Huge Success!  We had 50+ riders show up and enjoy the coffee provided by Startbucks and the cereal and fruit provided by Nature’s Fare. 

The station was such a success that we have decided to add another morning station in the same location (5th and Columbia) tomorrow from 6:30ish to 9:00.
