An enthusiastic group cheered the sunny weather and hit the road just before 10 a.m. with Duncan Mayor Phil Kent offering encouragement by joining the fun.
Bike to Work Week runs from May 31 to June 4.
Quamichan Middle School students will kick off the week Monday, May 31 at 7:45 a.m. with a

A special kick off lunch is scheduled for the multipurpose room at the school June 2 starting at 12:03 p.m. featuring a barbecue lunch and movies and Quamichan even is offering daily prizes for students and staff who ride their bikes to work during the week of May 31- June 4.
